VFL team GEELONG will only play their second curtain raiser of the season when they host Sandringham ahead of the AFL clash between the Cats and St Kilda at the GMHBA Stadium on Saturday August 6.

The Cats’ only other curtain raiser came earlier in the year when they hosted the Brisbane Lions.

The VFL game for rounds 19-21 has been revealed, with a home game against Cobourg on Sunday July 31 and a trip to Box Hill on Saturday August 13, finishing off the latest version.

Geelong will face Port Melbourne at the GMHBA Stadium in the final round. The day and time of this match will be confirmed once the AFL have finalized their Matchday 23 game.

The Cats, who have dropped to 13th in the standings after four straight losses, will face the undefeated Casey Demons at GMHBA Stadium on Friday night.
