Danielle McGuire and daughter to be evicted from St Kilda Inn
Underworld associate Danielle McGuire and her eldest daughter Brittany to be evicted from a St Kilda hostel after failing to pay nearly $ 100,000 in rent at the Punt Road premises where they run an accommodation business economic.
A possession warrant was issued by the Victoria Supreme Court on July 12, which allows sheriff’s agents or local police to remove Ms McGuire and her daughter from the apartment building where they also reside.

The request was made by a company called Early Years (Vic) Pty Ltd, which leases the property at 14-16 Punt Road and had sublet several floors of the building to a company called Punt Road Hostel Pty Ltd.
Brittany McGuire, 25, is the director and owner of Punt Road Hostel Pty Ltd, while her mother, who traveled to Greece with drug lord Tony Mokbel as he tried to flee Australia, is the operator of the business near the St Kilda junction.
It’s unclear when sheriff’s officers or police will execute the possession warrant, but Danielle McGuire has ignored requests to vacate the premises since April 21, when a locksmith and security guard attempted unsuccessfully to change the locks.
Brittany McGuire, formerly linked to murder accused Abdullah El Nasher, is facing a new lawsuit next month over allegations she failed to pay a construction company that renovated the property in 2018.

The builder issued three invoices over three months in 2018 for a total of $ 616,576, but only received one payment of $ 137.09, according to court documents.
The county court ordered Brittany McGuire and her company to settle a debt of $ 616,576 and pay an additional $ 186,420 in interest, according to a March 19 judgment.
