The Inn Collection Group (ICG) has added a third site in Wales to its growing area of ​​pubs with rooms with the acquisition of the historic St Kilda Hotel in Llandudno.

The Newcastle-based operator has bought the 60-room property as it continues to expand beyond its heart of northern England and takes its total number of sites to 33.

Situated on the central promenade of the popular seaside town and dating from 1854, The St Kilda offers stunning views of the coast between the headlands of Great Orme and Little Orme overlooking Llandudno Bay.

Family-owned for 21 years, the new acquisition joins Swallow Falls Hotel in Betws-y-Coed and The Bull in Beaumaris as group-owned properties in North Wales.

Joining the award-winning company, The Inn Collection Group’s latest purchase has been made with the valuable assistance of the Manchester office of Christie & Co, the leading specialist adviser on the purchase and sale of businesses in the hospitality sectors. hotels and pubs.

The acquisition was made on a confidential basis through Tom O’Malley, Associate Director – Hotels at Christie & Co. Tom comments:
